Delete your account

Delete it yourself, in the app

1. Open the Salty Paws app and sign in.
2. Tap the Account tab.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate. There is no waiting period and no way to undo it.

Or ask us to do it

Email info@ericolsen.studio from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my Salty Paws account". We will delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm. We may ask you to confirm the request from that email address first.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, email address, phone number if you added one, and your loyalty code.
• Every dog on your account, including their photos and treat notes.
• Your whole stamp history and every reward, including any unredeemed free treat.

What is kept

• Nothing tied to you. Basic server logs (IP address, time, request) are kept briefly for security and overwritten on a short cycle; they are not linked to your profile.
• Anonymous totals, such as how many stamps were awarded on a given day, which cannot be traced back to you.

Delete just a dog instead

You do not have to delete the whole account to remove a dog. Go to My card → Manage and delete the dog; that removes the dog and its photo and keeps everything else.
